the specimen "G" annexed, shall be forwarded in duplicate by the Hong Kong Post Office to the Canadian Office, which shall return one copy duly accepted.
15. The settlement of the Balance of the Quarterly Account may be effected either by Bill of Exchange or through the intermediary of the High Commissioner for Canada and the Crown Agents for the Colonies in London.
16. The paid Orders shall be retained by each of the Paying Offices.
17. The Postmasters in Hong Kong and Canada shall be instructed to pay no Order, unless the relative Advice has been previously received, and unless such Advice bear the Stamp of both the Hong Kong and Canadian Offices.
18. The Postal Administrations in Hong Kong and Canada shall be authorized to adopt any additional Rules, if not repugnant to the foregoing, for greater security against fraud, or for the better working of the system generally. All such additional Rules, however, must be communicated to the Postal Administration of the other Colony.
